In the summer (July and August), Thierry’s kitchen proposes his homemade unpretentious dishes prepared with care with a view to using as many local products as possible.
From the pizza Rocamadour to nice Tartine with local ham and cheese, Thierry will try to make you enjoy what you eat.
A Correzienne soirée is weekly scheduled in high season with local meat (beef from Limousin or duck) and local dessert (by reservation).
The holidays are not the time to diet anyway!!
